Aston Martin Selects Clear Channel Radio's Total Traffic Network

November 03, 2009 -- SAN ANTONIO, BUSINESS WIRE --

Clear Channel Radio's Total Traffic Network (CCTTN) today announced that Aston Martin will offer CCTTN's real-time traffic service on all Aston Martins produced for North America, beginning with 2010 models. 'Aston Martin is known for its high-quality, luxurious sports cars, and we're proud to supply our traffic information to its loyal customers,' said Lance Locher, Senior Vice President of Total Traffic Network. 'We strive to guarantee that our network of reporters, traffic cameras, aircraft, broadcast towers, and strategic partners provides the most precise traffic data, so drivers can find the safest, most efficient route possible.'

'As we continue to push quality products and services over our rich, redundant, nationwide network of FM transmitters, we will continue to build our clientele, both with RDS-TMC traffic content, and in the future with additional services using our HD digital broadcast network,' said Jeff Littlejohn, Clear Channel EVP of Distribution. 'We are extremely excited that Aston Martin has joined the Total Traffic Network family.'

CCTTN is the nation's leading source of traffic information, supplying real-time traffic data to millions of people each week. CCTTN data is tested against the ground truth daily for accuracy, with quality teams driving over 150,000 miles per year in North America to benchmark, validate, test, and improve the information it provides to customers.
